Founded in Taipei in 1974, Yidartex initially specialized in upholstery fabrics for office furniture (OA). Guided by our corporate spirit of “Excellence through Focus,” we quickly emerged as a pioneering force in this field across Southeast Asia. For five decades, Yidartex has steadfastly upheld a single belief: to provide exceptional fabric solutions for the furniture industry through professionalism and innovation.
Our expansion into Mainland China began in 1997 with the establishment of offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. The launch of our Guangzhou production base in 1999 marked a pivotal transformation from a trading company into an integrated manufacturer encompassing R&D, production, and sales. Subsequent milestones—including the opening of the Anji factory in 2015 and the establishment of our Vietnam branch in 2019—further underscore our strategic vision for international growth.
Today, Yidartex has established a fully integrated vertical supply chain, spanning from spinning and weaving to finishing. We do more than produce fabrics; we are weaving a future driven by quality, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation.

Developed proprietary flame-retardant adhesives meeting authoritative international fire safety standards.
1997
Strategically expanded into Mainland China, establishing branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai.
2010-2015
Implemented automated warehousing and ERP systems; established the Anji factory in Zhejiang, recognized as a “National High-Tech Enterprise”.
